the 3-5-2 got exposed by Leeds and we have no attacking players at all and we are dog ****, I expect Leicester to bang a few goals in I reckon 5-2 to leicester
Ha ha hilarious! Your deluded posted genuinely made me laugh out loud. Blackpool were fairly beaten. They had one peno claim, not clear cut by any chance. We had three, one of which was a stone wall. It was the fair result, no-one except the anti-Leicester brigade or a few biased BP fans would say otherwise. When I said sinking to your level, was talking about mentality, not the league! But then I would except someone of your mentality to get easily confused. And who, but those that have had a good start, pays any attention to the league table until ten games in? Your fixtures have been easily than our, but we'll see who the better team is on Sunday. Leicester's "glory days" aren't over. We've always been a lower half of the top flight, upper half of the second team. You are the club our of place my friend and, like Coventry are doing now and Plymouth did before that, eventually you'll end back where you belong. Just enjoy the here and now my friend, it's not going to last forever. Applying your logic, if Bolton are better than us, why are they below us in the league? No team we have played yet, including the top two, have been convincingly better than us home or away. Like I said, your best chance of beating us is to take a commanding lead in the first half. Anything other than at least a 2-0 lead, as Wolves needed, you won't win. And I can't see you doing that I'm afraid.
The old "back where you belong" chestnut. Hull Whites have pedalled that one alot, but have shut their traps recently. It really is a poor argument, since we've spent most of our time in the 2nd division, so technically we're at our rightful level. What Tickler knows about football you could probably write on a postage stamp, but he knows how to wind people up & talk bollocks to boot. Sunday will be a tough match. I've predicted 2-1 Hull City but i'll be happy with a point.
Stopr being a prat ... you were doing OK only to then lose all credibility with your excessive praise of Tickler's footballing knowledge ...
Its a formation i'd like to see us employ tbh, but i cant see it happening as Marshall and Knockeart/Dyer play wide, not that im complaining, 2 of them have quite good crosses.
At the end of the day barring any referee intervention there will be 11 v 11 - If you over commit your midfield leaving your defence exposed Nigel might just shove fuctas on and hoof a couple of long balls over the top. Positive football is to be applauded, but there is a difference between courage and stupidity
Probably the latter, it's good when we all banter but constantly saying dull is a bit of a yawn, it'll be a good game hopefully tomorrow I can see a few goals
So far we have been pretty solid, but a few more goals are being leaked as we look to score a hat full. Still as long as we score one more than the opposition we're very happy! Can't wait to see how get on tomorrow!
Good luck with that, it took Steve Bruce signing players to fill the gaps in our squad for him to admit that we had gaps last season, despite the season falling apart in March largely as a result of them. Personally I'd like to see a side come and play a proper 352 against us so that people can see the difference in the roles of the central midfielders and wide players in the two systems so we can stop with this false description of a 532 that we've had in the last 10 years or so.
I have to say on today performance that a good side might have beat us today. Good job it was only Brighton.
I'm not sure they will be up there this year. They've not won in 5 and haven't even scored against, let alone beaten, anyone in the top half of the table.
