thing is ,we already have, and always have had 'drums' ......from the younguns pounding on the back fence of the fulwell end, to them kicking the back walls of the stands now to get a chant away, its just a means of making a noise, bring it on!
With it being a ‘new dawn’ n all that, I was speaking to a couple of people earlier and they mentioned about getting a group together in the Roker end with drums etc to get a real atmosphere going. I personally think it would be a great idea. It works very well at teams like Rangers etc and if I’m being honest, over recent years the atmosphere has dried up, so maybe it would make a refreshing change.
