    I'm agreeing with Beefy that the journalists need to up their game with the delia puns, and simply suggesting an alternative route that they could explore! <ok>

    If they don't bottle it I'm sure that they can, without any help from the "AA"

    They have jobs for life and they know it.

    I recall Lawro really taking the piss during one game, it was almost as if he were drunk. They need to start with a new slate as they are all so smug.

    If we're talking great sports commentators then my choices would be the late great David Vine, Brian Butler, Barry Davis, Hugh Johns and Harry Carpenter. The kids these days just haven't got a bloody clue!

    I just can't stand Hansen, Lawrenson, Shearer and Dixon (although he's gone to ITV).

    Dixon is quality. Really knows his stuff, which is surprising, but more importantly is able to talk about it properly. He actually bothers to get to know clubs outside the top six.
