Pity they can't sanction them, get the ships, sell them to Stena for furlough money and get the real crews back to work.
Can we block them using our ports? Has Bojo been over there this week sorting out his little brown envelope?
The Prime Minister some on here are proud of and voted for, doing silly faces during a discussion about the plight of families in war
Some on here were proud and voted for Corbyn who was shagging Diane Abbot who reckons it’s the Ukrainians fault. Nice choice lads.
More on the cost of living and multi millionaire Sunak’s dire contribution to proceedings https://fb.watch/bZdczW7kFy/
Apparently years ago when she was much more svelte, she was on the back of Corbyn's motorbike touring Europe.
No you are right it doesn’t. But I imagine him and Diane would be sending arms to Putin by now to help him out.
Sunak's wife has a £500m investment in IT firm Infosys, a company started by her father who since retiring remains chairman emeritus. Despite sanctions against Russia, Infosys maintain an office and premises in Moscow.
That isn't the point. The point the interviewer was making is that our chancellors wife is directly benefitting from trade with Russia. Of course Sunak won't see a penny of it though Politicians on all sides should be beyond reproach, otherwise public trust is damaged.
I agree with your last sentence but, at face value at least, Infosys is a company that he's connected to, through marriage, but has no control over. Its clearly an embarrassment to him, whether he acknowledges it or not, but he can't involve himself in the policy of a company that is registered in a different country and on which he as an individual (as far as we know) is not on the board of. Clearly, his wife should do something about it but, theoretically, that could cause problems for the company and its employees in India. Its a complicated situation.
