Nice to see the Lib Dems beating the Conservatives, and Labour, in a recent by-election. Onwards and upwards for the party of choice in my opinion. Ed Davey out and about as well, ahead of May. Come on you Yellows!

Oh, and there was a representative for the monster raving loony party as well, if we end up needing a backstop.

I see Keir Starmer is suffering a convenient case of memory loss <laugh>. Apparently he was never friends with Jeremy Corbyn. After he won his leadership campaign he paid tribute to his friend Jeremy. Changes his mind with the weather this bloke it seems.

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend"
is an ancient proverb which suggests two parties can work together against a common enemy.

Certainly seems to have done a good job of treating his once friend like an enemy. With friends like Keir...

Boris Johnson was praised to the heavens by his colleagues when he won the election ...

... who then kicked his arse down the road after he turned out to be useless.

    That's politics.

We are now told that we have to pay more for our water if we want leaks and sewage stopped.

Since privatisation £54bn has been paid out to (mainly overseas owners Northumbrian Water owned by Chinese) in dividends etc

And Starmer looks the arch modern politician right now. He isnt even original. The problem is we have seen what these modern politicians give us over the last 20 years or more. We need another like we need a toothache. In my opinion of course.

"Trickle Down" economics, rather ironic. We have Thatcher to thank for this. Maybe the money will "trickle down" to Chinese peasants :emoticon-0102-bigsm
