If his current form could attract anything more than 10million, i'd definitely sell him. He's improved since the start of the year, But he is at his peak right now, and would be the best time to cash on. But if clubs offer cheap money, then there's no reason to get desperate to offload him, since he still could be a very useful backup.

But We still need to go for a quicker and goal scoring threat, Downing is more of a traditional winger, and scoring is not really a part of his game.

I'd say this can't be all downing has to offer but is a mere glimpse of his true greatness.<ok>
 
Downing is a good player, however he is a crosser first and foremost, his main attribute is crossing and with nobody to cross to, this is redundant.

For me it would be better for both parties if he moved on, providing we can get a replacement. Ince seems to be the main target, let's see.
