Last season it went down to spurs and city to fight it out for the 4th c/l spot.

Spurs took it, but this season city have claimed a top 4 spot, and with the money and squad they are assembling, they could be part of the top 4 for some time to come.

So is that it then, the top 4 now are going to be the top 4 for years to come, or is someone else going to make that break through and oust one of the big boys?

I reckon the most likely scenario to happen, IF there is to be a change in power is,

Liverpool will make the breakthrough and dump arsenal out of the top group.

Something is not quite right at the emirates as of late, and with the signings the LFC have made and are rumoured to be after, they may just sneak in there.

So what does that leave the rest of us, FA cup, europa league, beating relegation,

Am i wrong or is this domination there forever, if not how is anyone going to break it..

Your not far wrong but would luv Man City to drop out just for the fact of the money they are talking about spending (yes im jealous).
Also your not telling me anyone of their players went there for anything else than money.
For that reason i hope they fail.

years ago i asked my dad what the dutch league was like (i was only 12 or something) his reply "bloody boring only 3-4 teams will ever win it".

that is what the premier league is like now, the rich getting richer and the also rans always playing catch up, its like for most its not the winning that counts, its the taking part.

I was looking at a page the other day, cant find the thing now though, out of 19 seasons i believe Man U have won it 14 times, 2nd 3 times and 3rd 2 times (or something along those lines, they had never been outside the top 3 though).

Gone are the days of a team getting promoted and winning the thing though.

dont think this will format correctly but
