Well as we need at least another 44-47 points to stay in this league we might as well look forward to a Kent fixture, we might even be able to add Maidstone to the list.

Behind you Paul! Behind you....

<ok> I think 'Paul' has had it way to easy for too long in regards to Kent competition, I've been warning for the last two seasons that dawn beckons. I've seen the amount of money being pumped into Ebbsfleet, they had over 1,600 supporters for their 2-0 win over FC Halifax at the weekend but the bigger threat at this very moment is coming from Dover and Maidstone. And under the new National League rules I think we have a very good chance of seeing a Kent side in League Two next season, aside from ourselves!

IF our club is struggling for finances and attendances then that problem is only going to get worse. If you've got supporters spending money on National League football on Gills away days then there will be less spare cash in Kent on Gills home days. Noting that Dover also played at home yesterday.

And I'm sure 'Paul' will know to overlook the competition would be very bad business practise.
