I appreciate that I was one of those who was happy with MA and I do admit that some of the youth players were let down by him, but others if they were willing to put the graft did get played ie Dack & Davies. I still think however that MA could have changed it around considering the improvement in performances with those two wins right before he was sacked. Regardless of my views on Mad Dog though, JE needs to be able to give the youth players a route through into the team otherwise you might aswell dismantle the academy.
