I seem to remember during the first half last night the ball went out of play for a corner yet Foster smashed the ball away. He did not get booked.

What's the difference between that and Barton's?

Barton kicked the ball when it was just going out of play, and tried to smash it back into a better position for us. Foster was just pissed.
