Song's brilliant. Wenger just played him in a role that does'nt really suit him this Season.

Last Season with a 433 Song was immense. I actually think he's one of the very best DM in world football - statistically its easy to see we have the best midfield in the league.

Song has got a way to go, but the idea of playing ramsey and wilshere and cesc as a 3 in midfield is suicide. Who is the muscle in that midfield, you really want cesc and ramsey flying into tackles, how long will they last?? The primary job of a DM is to smash the opposition, yes we must work hard and defend as a team, but the DM has a clear role, if Song aint up for it, buy another DM.

Also the thought of Djourou starting as first choice scares me, Verm and Samba/Cahill for CL dont mind Kos and maybe Djourou.

I think Djourou is an excellent defender, I know he has been poor in the last few months but when he first started playing this season he was really good. I know Drogba was in reasonably bad form at the time but Djourou remains the only arsenal defender in the last 3 years to come out on top against him.

Would expect Gervinho to play on one of the wings. His pace and directness will be important, hopefully he can prove me wrong and show a bit of class on the ball.

With Fabianski, Mannone, Eboue, Koscielny, Djourou, Pedro Botelho, Gibbs, Song, Coquelin, Frimpong, Lansbury, Arshavin, Chamakh, Walcott (and a few others who I have probably forgotten) also fighting for places we wouldn't need much more.

Anything else would be a bonus, anything less would be painful.

EPL will watch some of the most scintillating attacking football when this forward quartet (Nasri, Cesc, Gervinho and RVP) combine in attack.
