Just cannot work out some managers. We all know that the league (champions league or relegation fight) is top priority for clubs...and owners.

Rafa pays lip service to the Siants saying they are on form and they are good. Yet he puts a seriously understrength side and puts at risk (even remotely) that CL place. Surely an FA Cup final and trophy should not deserve putting at risk the clubs involvement in the CL next season. RA would not be pleased if that happened.

The only rationale is that he seriously underestimated the opposition and he did think he could beat them with his second string. Or he thinks he cannot be caught by the pursuing London clubs.

Good luck tomorow but if you lose to United I think you will cry crocodile tears. With one less trophy to go for, go all out then for top 4 finish and Europa League success!!

is there a day that goes by where you lot don't mentioning beating Barca<laugh>

Jesus, you talk of that more than others talk of keeping a real CL trophy and beating Barca twice in their own back yard.

If I was Rafa I would delete the last job section of his CV when he leaves, Chelsea is the 2nd worst club to be managing at in the world behind Real Madrid<ok>

Rafa should delete destroying Liverpool and inter too from his cv. He probably blames the texans and mourinho for that too.

You forgot the worst club to manage, Liverpool, while fergie is in charge at united. The worst job in the history of football
