f**ing hell Spanish, you really are a class act......anyone who knows anything about football will tell you that when MM took over we were in such a bloody mess, on and off the pitch, his only option was build slowly around a good defensive platform, that took probably longer than most would have liked but now we are coming out if our shell, bit by bit we are playing with more attacking threat coupled with that has come a slightly more expansive brand of football. Due for the most part decent additions to the playing staff. The more I read your last couple of posts on this thread, the more it sounds like the rantings of someone who has lost grip with reality! (You are of course entitled to your opinion, however wrong it maybe)
Hampy begging to differ is hardly an impressive stamp of approval Spanish.... I am amazed that you are trying to claim that you have been right all along seems to me the throws of a beaten man.... I can only apologise to the sensible posters if I have come across as sarcastic.........I always believe that ' sarcasm is a tool that can only be used on the idiotic' so imo most on here are immune. I will however make no apology for my optimistic stance on all things ITFC and I have been consistent in that stance even when unpopular among the so called masses.....I actually believe people are allowed their own opinion without having to have to much abuse thrown back at them. Oh and hoppers, what a load of **** you talk, he is basically using the same personnel, he just happened to realise a slight change of formation could make a difference!! I was not talking from the day he walked in, more like from the last quarter of last season onwards. So dont twist things to make me look stupid!! As if i thought from day one he should have gone 3 up top when we were leaking goals all over the place, ffs!!

This thread was set up to attract the casual browser/user...until Spanish hijacked it, yes Spanish was the first post on here that started to slate and mock other regular user, so Spanish before all your toys end up on the floor check the thread before you start your usual rant at other more rational members of the board. It is also interesting to note from Hampys post that Spanish is the only user he finds it difficult to find fault with his posts, maybe just read some posts with out trying to pull them to pieces all the time might make the experience all the more enjoyable!
Wow! Just Wow! This was not what the OP was intended to achieve and I am sorry Spanish that you feel the need to flounce off in a hissy fit! The problem seems to be Spanish that you are one for dishing it out but you can't take it in return! This thread wasn't about McCarthy, and you are the one who introduced this topic half way through, knowing that it would act as a red rag to us who are very much in support of Mick, and what he is achieving. Only ignorant people who do not have the intellectual capacity to properly express themselves act in the way you have done on this thread. If nothing else Spanish you have certainly put a lot of potential new posters off from ever contributing on the forum and we will be all the poorer for it.
I think Spanish achieved what he set out to do, after re-reading the thread from the top, it goes ok until he makes comments totally off topic and abusive and he also pops in the usual name check for myself and Warky to insure a response.

As for my little dig at Hampy it's no secret that we very very very rarely agree and I'm sure Hampy knows that and I doubt I am on his Christmas card list. Most on here can disagree without having to resort to too much name calling.........

Nah cant be bothered with ya, i shall miss the odd debate with the likes of ptc and westy but there is only so many times one can bang his head against a brick wall!! Actually i think this site will be worse off without the likes of me and Hampy but then thats just an opinion of someone that talks a load of bollox and who has lost touch with reality, <pisseshimselflaughing>
