EFL clearly don't want the embarrassing regular amateur dog ****e officials we have to put up week after week when it's live on Sky.
If this was a normal no televised game with the usual refs, that wouldn't have been a penalty and our keeper would've gotten a straight red card.
May have been soft but the the defender stuck his leg out, didn't touch the ball and slightly touched the attacking player. Always going to be a penalty. Players like Grealish have made a career from winning free kicks and penalties that way.
