Nice to see the team actually doing that thong managers talk about after a defeat.

That taking the positives thing. Well they did that today, played like they did in the first half on Tuesday night, and were very good to watch and way too good. Looked like there was a league between the sides.

Watching them being interviewed you could see the was a camaraderie. Not once today did I see anyone berating a team mate. Hopefully that is what we have for the rest of the season.

I agree mate. We have been a good footballing side really since Johns9n arrived, but at times lacked commitment and grit. It looks like they have that now across the park with a desire to get stuck in. Some players really growing up.

I think that bad run we had not long ago was character building for them. In past years we'd have struggled to get form back and morale would be crap, borderline toxic, but we snapped out of it pretty quickly and someone on here said the atmosphere in training and around the club remained top drawer even when we were properly down on here.

That gave me hope that the foundation this time isn't built on sand.

Without McGeady, Broadhead, Huggins, Winchester, etc, I'd say that was a great team effort.

All of the defenders moved around easily.

Gooch seems to be responding to coaching.

Evans kept it simple which is his trength.

Johnson gave Kimpioka a KUTA by bringing Harris on.

    The support was excellent.

Roll on Wycombe, my next game.

I noticed Flanagan always talking to Doyle. Great bit of leadership for the young lad.
