Final whistle goes, and it's 0-0. Still unbeaten, still to concede a goal. If Shaun Williams had converted his penalty, it could have been three points.
Looks as if Bazunu is making a big difference to Ponpey's defence. As for the sttack, still firing duds. I would try Adahme in.place of Marquis, Jacobs for Adahme's present roll, restore Harness on the right and have Hackett-Fairchild in place of the casino-loving Curtis.Or Ogilvie with Brown back as LB!

Will those 2 dropped points from that missed penalty be of any consequence at the end of the season I wonder.....?
I thought Doncaster edged the first half and Pompey the second. The back five have been impressive in all four games five including theMillwall game). Ides views on the forwards are interesting. I am not sure that Adahme and Hackett-Fairchild in the same forward line generate enough energy although both have demonstrated they have potential . Marquis does a lot of chasing down. I am not sure that Crawley wants to integrate Jacobs into his plans until he knows that he will still be with us at the end of the window. The same could be said of Curtis I suppose but at the moment he is too important to omit. Ben Close played well in Doncaster's better spells but, as in his time at Pompey, was unable to lift his team against the run of play. In the first half he appeared to have a more forward role than he ever did at Pompey and looked better for it.
