There’s a boozer couple mins away, not sure of the name, I don’t know the area and have no ties to it, just happened across it and it’s hard to find a property with that kind of land without it being a working farm or being sold into plots.
It’s being sold in plots but will retain the 3 acres plus and the stables area so it’s perfect for what u want.
As I mentioned I’ll not be looking to live in it for couple years if it comes off but that’s a positive as I can get the work done properly, supervise it, make sure it’s all perfect.
The plan is that will be last UK home for me, I’ll rent my place out as the rent received would double it’s mortgage payment, even with the tax changes, no brainer.
