The BBC understand Martinez has been approached. Dave Whelan has said that there has been no official approach.

Oh bollocks! Oh well, I should have known from my time working for the septics that they wouldn't be too amused with the return Dalglesish gave them on the capital they invested.

  10. Unfortunately I fear that the complete opposite effect may be had depending on who they get to replace him.
I was bargaining on them keeping KK another year at least - guaranteeing them further mediocrity!!

That would've been nice, but I can't see them becoming serious top 4 challengers unless they overhaul massively. That'll take a lot of cash which the owners will be reluctant to part with given how much he funded KK

  13. The deluded muppets on the Klan board are wringing their hands and saying how he should have had another year...... And in the same breath saying that Martinez, Rogers or Di Matteo would not be good enough for them!!

    Comedy Hour is here again!!

    Damn it.
I thought the Carling Cup win would protect him.

That nice Gary Neville seems to know a bit about football.
    They should go for him.
