Yeah I forgot to add that their fans talk more about being the best fans than about their football team, and it's not even true.
They're after Crouch. I also find it hard to say anything nice about Stoke, they're a horrible bunch to walk alongside back to the car, even if you're with a kid. They have also spent a fortune, way more than we spent we were in the Premier League, even in the first season, but they do get results and you have to begrudgingly admire the noise they make at the Britannia.
That the time the police wouldn't let us out and we where all stuck in the bit where there was fencing around us and they just started chucking stuff. Last time i went, went to have a chat with couple of Stoke fans, first thing one said was your a load of ****ing **** you lot. And we was just about to praise Stoke..
yeah thats the time, just after barmbys injury time equaliser....excellent police work, might as well have sold them tickets and told them to form an orderly que to launch stuff down at us..
I'm no longer giving them any credit for anything, they were a disgrace to the Premier League today. I'm sure their fans are happy with a draw against Chelsea, but it looked like a Premier League v Championship FA Cup tie, one team played football, while the other tried to kick lumps out of them. I'm no great fan of Chelsea, but they should have had at least two penalties and they looked good today, Pennant and Walters were the only Stoke players who actually played any football at all this afternoon.
I only heard the game on the radio but it sounded like they were trying to kick three bells out of Torres
They send out the wrong signals to any team gaining promotion to the Premiership. Wimbledon did the same. Base your whole game on snuffing out football with boringly tedious destroying tactics and then hoof or lob the ball into their box and hope for something. I'm not bothered about whether their game plan is successful for them or not. Its unwatchable. They should take up rugby league.
