No Trevor both sets of fans were at fault , a holiday weekend and a 6.05 kick off was a recipe for disaster. Our bus that day had a 4 hour stop on way to game , the majority of supporters busses did the same . Personally I preferred the 6.05 Sunday games to these awful early kick offs we have now
cant believe you're trying to blame us for the 12:30 kos 2 fans tried to attack the ref, someone burst his head open with a coin, someone jumped off the top tier (was that the same game?), you ripped seats out to pelt our players with, coins were raining down on every one of our players at corners and throw ins. your fans were nothing short of a disgrace to scotland that day. We are no angels but that day was 100% celtic's shame. If you think otherwise then you're a mad man.
That whole day came about from the previous old firm game, Celtic were denied the most stonewall penalty i've ever seen when Kanchelskis took out Mahe with a knee high challenge, we got a corner!! Rangers broke upfield and scored . Onto Celtic Park, Mahe got sent off for getting fouled twice !!!and Rangers got awarded the softest penalty ever seen in old firm games , well that was until collum/ broadfoot ,we knew then Dallas was an out and out cheat and as the years went on we were proved right .i will repeat again both teams and both set of supporters behaviour that day was a disgrace .
Dallas was "at it" though with the penalty, pure spite and anger. He awarded it just after he had been coined, he's only human I suppose and it did'nt really affect the outcome, Rangers with their two contract players were just too good for us.
Trevor the bit that would make you laugh , Neil McCann scored twice that day , last year I played golf with him 3/4 times,he is a member of my club and actually spoke about that day. I wasn't quite as vocal as I am on here !!!
We are Rangers.....we face dangers But, we don’t care.....who we play Moscow Dynamo knew.....back in seventy two We don’t do walking.....away
