That was all down to Paul McShane, Bullard was just the one to step up and take the penalty. However I'd guess with Jimmys percieved 'character' it sticks better in the memory than had anyone else taken it.

Saw the Andy Johnson news before, i'm sure he's an English version of JJ, or Kanu, one of those ones who are 15 years older than they say they are, am sure I remember seeing him play in the eighties
