Its the fully fit part where everything falla down, ability means nothing if you dont have the tools to use it,for example having 2 good knees is a must for a pro footballer. Forget about ferrie,he Will never be half the player he was,and you can quote me on that ;)

Any pro that decided to miss specialist appointments in the recovery process cant be that motivated to Get back to his best,if it was any other player other than ferrie he would have been dumped way before now,the club learned a big lesson in being over loyal, the player took advantage of that and the club were internally very pissed off with him and were Counting the days till he left.

Exactly valley. It would take him a year of playing week in week out on Loan to Even have a sniff of playing prem football with the swans.

There Are far too many dreamers when bodde s name is thrown up,good player 3yrs ago,end of story.

We had no choice but to leave boddie go, He had his chances and his knee let him down too many times, he will never be able to compete at top level again and the best he can hope for is lower league in holland somewhere, he is too much of a risk for anyone to take him on with his record, I hope someone do but they had better be prepared to see him in the treatment room more than on the pitch....

It's DOBBIE and BODDE, not BODDIE and DOBBE.

He refused to be treated in Swansea so our medical staff were unable to treat him or simply 'keep an eye' on his progress.

He only used Dutch medical staff who wouldn't co-operate with our medical staff or report on his progress (Not a requirement of the Dutch insurance contract he had)

He regularly didn't show for scheduled medical exams in the UK or for meetings with the club.

His shadey agent sent a euro equivalent of a sick note forbidding him from travel due to 'medical issues' which were undisclosed.

He and his agent refused requests to be loaned to a Dutch team so he could train with them and get his fitness back. Requests were refused on Medical grounds.

He never attended pre-season with us while on a sick note and now all of a sudden he's fit enough and wants to join another club for pre-season.

Just some of the reasons for the boards exteme dislike of Bodde and his agent and also some reasons why we should not be wishing this bum any future success.

We would have got rid of him in a heart beat but for legalities in the bums contract which prohibited us from doing so while he was 'injured'.

He and his agent milked us for all they could get and they got paid for doing fk all.

    Hope he rots.

Top post, and this is what Norway and myself have heard through the grapevine, which has disappointed me greatly, regarding Bodde, and now all of a sudden, he's raring to go? must admit I can see where stumpy is coming from!.......... <ok>

Actually valley stumpy is 100% correct, was told exactly the same thing and have been told These things from day 1. Going back years There have been issues with him,if you can pull the 606 Stuff the things i said then were also true , a great player that the club bent over backwards to help and he threw it away by not being prepared to do what was Asked, ie, be professional.

best lower league midfielder i ever saw with a great vision for goal and his power on his shots was phenomenal...but sadly he had a very poor record with injuries and hardly played for 6 seasons with us and dann H. I would have got shot of him 2 seasons ago as you could see that he would never be the same player again, we could have saved us over a million quid and more if we did.....good luck to him as if he never had so many breakdowns he would be playing for holland in this past compitition now...he was very talented and its a shame just like norman whiteside and other players who were easily injured and never fulfilled their true potential......
