Hi brb, anything I need to do?Somehow the laptop has logged me out, so can't access account that way as user is disabled. Bare with me, IT not my strong point!

 

Aha - seems to have happened to me too - can't get in to my old account

Hence, had to create this one to try and work out what was going on.

 

Unless you used a different email address for the new one it will be difficult to get the old one back. You will need to contact @brb .
