Don't think they would sack Dodd and Williams just to bring someone in....they could just arrange a severance package surely.
Not seen a statement confirming they have been "sacked", just "believed to be sacked", so maybe that is what has happened and it's been blown out of proportion.
The Mirror suggests that Les Read wants to bring in his own people in a revamp behind the scenes. Don't know if they have evidence of this or they are guessing like the rest of us. I would hope that there were strong reasons to do this to such loyal employees.
