May be wrong but I'm sure he said the FA broke some rule or did summat wrong/illegal. Summat about letting ctwd do a presentation and he didnt get chance to rebuff it?? Pretty sure.

How could the FA change their decision? I can't see how that could even come to pass?

He is obviously not appealing to the FA any more. It's a decision that was made at the FA Council, so it would have to go back before the council - who would put it back on the agenda? The FA consider the matter closed. The 64% were also behind a unanimous decision of people who had looked at the evidence.

The difficulty is also that there isn't a specific procedure for this scenario.

As far as I remember, all parties put there presentations into the pot so to speak.
FA council looks at all of them then makes a decision based on that.

They do it that way so all sides don't get into a pissing competition

If he appeals does that mean we can't get into europe next season?

Kind of wipes out the "let's go for it in the cups" argument...

So that's where he's trying to drive a wedge obviously. There must be something for him and his lawyers to get their teeth into.

Don't think the appeal has any chance of success and for me today was about AA saying to prospective buyers "Get your bids in"

He accused them of plotting against him with the help of CTWD. It was an absolutely ridiculous claim and anyone else would have been pulled up for it. But this guy does what he wants.

Saw your name as the last post on this thread, imagine my surprise when I saw you were hoping for Allam to get his way and 'beat' the fans. You'd love it wouldn't you.

It's beyond obvious. You're desperate for Allam to find some loophole and everyone else be wrong.

It was just people throwing thoughts in to be explored. I didn't get the impression of an agenda, other than to consider possibilities.

It's a theme with Chazz, I pointed it out the other day on another thread.

Is that a pisstake? The amount of times I've tried to debate with you and just got a dismissive single line response back.

If the FA have any logical rulings on stupid ideas such as this one, then it shouldn't work.

They need to think, "If this gets approved, what will Vincent Tan and Massimo Cellino think they can do?"

"What's the repercussions on English football?"

Appealing to CAS is the last refuge of people like Lance Armstrong hoping to get off on a technicality , I'm not sure what his legal team have told Mr Allam but I'm sure they are making a few quid off all this
