He's 22 years old, he was never going to be world class or amazing at the age of 22 only special players are able to do this.
The guy wins a lot of headers, been getting fitter every match and if he had a bit of luck with hitting the post and the ref giving wrong decisions against him (example, Sunderland match) people would be praising him. I think he will come good, not the same quality that people expect a 35 million pound striker to be, but still a good player.
