Shane Long could replace you. He’s not clinical either.

I work at a hospital in downtown Toronto. Wouldn’t progressive seniority eventually negate the amount of alternating shifts?
Noobs do weekends and overnights mostly.

Well that's the other thing, there's not much more progression where I am at the moment. I might stay in the trust though.

I genuinely love my job. It's the most rewarding job I've ever had.

Every single day I'm meeting people with all sorts of different ailments and I'm seeing my products change their lives for the better. Some of the results I've seen with my own eyes have been incredible. I knew getting into the job that I'd come across cancer patients, but what I didn't expect was for the domino effect that has had and the amount of people that approach me and asking for help. I've had people from every part of the country drive up to Durham, to see me.

A few weeks ago, a Mother and Daughter from Grimbsy came up to my shop unannounced, their son/brother lives in Dubai with his Filipino girlfriend. They told me she's been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and that the treatment was stopping as she wasn't responding to the chemotherapy, he'd obviously been doing a lot of research and somehow came across me and sent the girls up to see me. I've helped every person that has come to see, I won't turn nobody away. I could see they were desperate for me to say bring her over here and I'll help her, but I've got to look at situations like this from all sides. With the cannabis oil cancer treatment, the plan takes 90 days and includes THC and CBD, how much THC to use to a ratio depends on the type of cancer. For example, estrogen based cancers respond better to a 1:1 ratio of THC and CBD oil, so you have to cut back on the illegal stuff. Most cancers use about 3:1 ratio of the THC to CBD. I can also help with the diet which is as important as the oil. I've helped a lot of people now, it's in double figure. One person didn't actually respond to the Cannabis oil it done nothing for them sadly. One person was sent home stage 4 and incredibly I seen them cleared of cancer from the Cannabis oil. Everybody else though gets a better of quality of life and extra time on their life. I'd say a couple of years as an average.

So, his side of the family were desperate to get her over but I had to block that out and think rationally. She was in a hospital in Dubai that would have had some of the best doctors in the world there and they've said there's nothing they can do. Would it be nicer for her to go to the Philippines and be with her family for 6 months, or go to a foreign country to be with relative strangers for 18 months before the inevitable happened anyway?

I advised them that I thought it would be best that she went home to her family on this occasion, but I would help them if they were insistent that I did. Its the only time I've ever advised that it's probably not the best option. The what if's are stinging me. I just think I needed to share that for me, tbh.

I'm enjoying speaking to businesses all over Europe who are conducting clinical trials on all of the other cannabinoids and what they bring to the table. I'm especially interested in one called CBG, its the precursory to the well known cannabinoids THC, CBD and CBN. The trick to get rich in that cannabinoid is to harvest early in flower at about weeks 3-4. We've seen the results of somebody consuming CBG and this guy is a huge cannabis smoker, he smokes at least 10 joints every day, He had some CBG and couldn't stay awake, within 15 minutes he was out like a light. This could potentially be enormous in aiding peoples battles against insomnia. The cannabis industry is moving at lightening pace and the next 10 years for me personally are extremely interesting and exciting. We are only scratching the surface with THC and CBD, I believe there's more beneficial cannabinoids than them to be discovered.

What I don't like is being treated by every bank and business as a drug dealer, some people walk past the shop and turn their nose up (hilarious). No big companies like paypal would touch me, so I've had to go to Latvia and Denmark to get my merchant accounted sorted for the website.

That is the aim, you can't promise somebody that if they come to you though. That would be wrong imo.

I've been involved in one where it's worked, I know other people in the area who have been cured. There's people giving their story all over the country how its cured them. It can and does work. The more I've got into this though, cancer is a **** mate, nothing can be sure of curing it. I try and steer people away from saying Cannabis oil is a miracle cure, it's definitely a good benefit and will help. Can never predict how much though.

Interesting read that mate, are you basically an off the grid operation or have you circumvented the MHRA somehow?

When it comes to the THC, then yeah, it's done away from the business. I know the risks, I know that I could ultimately go to the slammer if I get caught with this.

Right seeing as we're onto EPMD joints I'm throwing this one in there. The bassline was one that got me into playing the bass. Wasn't until years later that I found out it was sampled from 'Seven Minutes of Funk' by The Whole Darn Family.
