You don't have to go really heavy, well, I didn't anyway. It's more about diet, which is pretty boring. I was never massive when I was young, about 16st which isn't huge when you're 6'3. I was pretty muscular though, like a heavyweight boxer's build. I'm a lot heavier now unfortunately, and a lot of it isn't muscle. That's age and settling down for you though I suppose.
Same here. Only im not tall and used to be rather flexible for a guy. I would reach a round houst to a guys head at 5'10 so 2 inches above my head, but i have since lost all of that!
