I pissed my mate off yesterday by singing Blue Is the Colour after the bin dippers lost. I'm not a Chelsea fan. In fact, i dislike them immensely. He isn't really a fan/ supporter (however you differentiate it) cos he seems to support any of the top 4 when they're on. Claiming it's because they all play good football, as the reason. Which i find pathetic. Saw a kid in Man City shirt in Hull the other day. Bit strange to someone of my age, who grew up with Man City being bang average & in the 3rd division. Can't get my head round that.
None of my mates, who are all from east riding, support city. They are all liverpool supporters. They have literally no connection to the place. I try not to think about it.
What age bracket are these inadequates? Watching MOTD2 last night I was struck by the way all the LFC flags an scarves bang on about what they did in the 70s and 80s, and their past managers and honours. Sad. In their pomp, it was about the here and now with the Kop- none of this desperate 'Yes but our history has more silverware than yours' nonsense
idiot that I used to work with in Leeds, always banging on about Liverpool and how great they are. When asked what part of Liverpool he came from he replied Telford, ask him why don't you support Shrewsbury. he replied they sh't and won f##k all, priceless.
I once knew a lad who supported man utd, in fact his whole family did, and he genuinely thought he had a proper connection and reason to support them as one of his cousins moved up to Manchester. They all support leicester now.

It's absolutely crammed full of plastic Liverpool fans begging Everton to beat Man City, as if they don't realise there's some sort of rivalry there...
