Diving is fine, stupid infighting (ironic eh?) is ****. Still don't know whether/how much I'll be paid for October so might yet be on a flight home on the 1st of October. Here's hoping!

I can understand why it would make you feel uncomfortable syd, and I've maintained all along that I don't want anyone banned. If someone is being abusive I'll delete things if it's really, really necessary, but the problem is this one poster has been inundating the Swansea board since the old 606. Now obviously if everyone could not rise to it, or all use the ignore function it would help solve it, but I think that will only ever be a partial fix to be honest.

Ban john hughs? It's a tough choice. He's like having a puppy for Christmas. He's fun to have around if you want to play with him, but when you want to stop or talk about something serious he's still yapping around being a nuisance.

On balance, with an ignore button available and two Active moderators now in Scott and Jager, I've voted against - a decision I might live to regret <erm>

I'm not uncomfortable about banning people, its all you can do wit some and thats fine, its the debating and voting on who to ban. Easier just to get rid if they wont respect your boards rules.

I have not sent you a PM Syd, because I really do not like to ban, but it's looking inevitable with JH, if he continues to disrupt our threads, I'll be in touch without fail!....................<ok>

City Arse: If you have evidence of me 'ruining threads' on the Cardiff board then please post some links. Looks like you have plenty of time. The truth is rather different as we both know. We hated each other from 606 when you posted that you wanted my Club to "fall through the leagues into obscurity" and I reminded you of that very publicly when we got promotion. You simply disagree with my views and can't take the banter. I irritate the crap out of you, and vice versa.

But that's different from Hughs whose trade mark is the use of 'cancer'. A fictitious girlfriend with cancer, the fact that she 'had a close relative who died in the mine' and he has now wished another poster death from cancer. This from one of your lot today: "John Hughs there's no excuses for - just ban him, he offers nothing to either set of fans. " That's a Cardiff poster saying that.

Whereas I intensely dislike you and a lot of your posters, along with your Club we both know I would never go as far as this moron does. A line has to be drawn, but hey, it's a democracy.

I offered a truce in good faith as following the recent death of a (Bluebird) mate at a young age I really can't be bothered and I don't intend going over to pester you for a while due to the decent messages I had from some of your posters recently. I call you City Arse because you are an arse. Cap fits. You still call me a lot worse than that. It clearly winds you up and as you don't want to play nice I shall continue to call you by that monicker.

I've voted No. The guy can be a dick, but there's no point in banning him, he'd just come back on another account if he was that bothered.

"Towing the line" would be more appropriate when baiting, surely? ;)

"Toeing the line", on the other hand...

John H, Children and pets tend to continue a behaviour when it is rewarded and stop a behaviour when it is ignored.. The best way to stop unwanted behaviour is to ignore it. let him carry on.. pay no attention...even when you want to call him out on his $hit..

If we contribute / react to his antics then aren't we just as bad.. IGNORE !!!
