From what I've seen from Stoke there not the same side as under Tony Pulis. There seem to be trying to play the ball on ground a bit. None of this launching it to a big man and battling for second balls.
Only negative i have about the 3-5-2 for me is that it limits the role of Brady, and atm the only place he'll get n the pitch is upfront which is far from his strongest position.
