We where literally on the verge. Dr Allam paid out 17.5m in the first 24hrs of owning the club and the auditors uncovered another 35m of debt that was not revealed until well after he took over. Russell Bartlett did not lose a penny from his ownership of the club!!! Not one ****ing penny and yet it is the Allams who get questioned....get real! mmmm, nope youre wrong........the SSMC is just what it says on the tin...The management company...its just a contractual vehicle..only there for one reason, to manage the stadium. If it was to be set up today it would possibly be in the form of a "Not For Profit Organisation" or a "Community Based Enterprise".

I know I have the interest rate we're paying somewhere, but I can't find it, but looking at the accounts for the year the Allam's took over, our interest payments dropped from £1.9m for the final Bartlett year, to £950k. So whatever we're paying the Allam's, it's half what we were paying the outside lenders.

A lot are too young and others obviously didn't go before we had a nice new stadium and a bit of success.
