I'd only ever have Leadbitter on the bench as unfortunately he's far too slow and immobile these days to start a game. As yet though no one has really effectively claimed that particular spot in the team so far this season.
I like the look of that team Tees, just about picks itself from what we have seen so far this season. McGouch is the only real weak link imo but at his best he probably deserves to start, a couple of alternatives for the midfield on the bench should cover any lapses, as long as JR can get along to Specksavers.
