I'm a bit surprised he hasn't been to be honest, we do an ironic 'Chester for England' chant at every game, but it still seems that Pearce hasn't noticed.
Liam Moore is 19 kiddo. He has 4 years on Chester Man U got rid of Chester because they didnt think he has enough about him. How many young players have they let go which have go on to become England players? Chester is a good player but nowhere near as good as you lot make out
Actually he still can play. James Milner was still playing for the under 21s until he was 24 Waggy is 22 and he still plays. If Chester is the best thing since sliced bread why didnt he play when he was younger?
Bruce did play for the England Youth team though, so not a great comparison. I guess time will tell how good Chester is, pointless debating it while it's only laying at this level. I certainly haven't heard too many people outside of Hull rave about him though.
Have you given up on Morgan and switched to Moore now 'kiddo'? I've got no opinion of Moore, I've never even seen the ****er play.
He only ever played eight games for England U18's, wasn't deemed good enough at any level above that, despite going on to play 420 times for Man United. I think it made my point perfectly.
You have to 21 at the start of a two year Euro's campaign, so it's possible to remain in the team until you're 23, but it's rare. Nobody in the current England U21 set-up is over 22.
Ouch - bit of an own goal Proud ... straight off the top of my head ... Peter Beardsley, David Platt and Ryan Shawcross ...
Not really Would Shawcross get in the Man U or England team now? No Again would Beardsley have got in the Man U side?
... there is a subtle clue immediately above your comment ... We have 3. Ben Marshall, Martyn Waghorn and Liam Moore have all played for the under 21's this season
