Great result today against a team that was in essentially the same position as we were in the league at the start of the day. To be fair we threatened to win big last week so this kind of result was coming but its a bit more emphatic than I could have imagined it would be. I imagine Wallace or Tubbs will be man-of-the-match since Jed scored one and set up a few while Tubbs got his hatrick - and he did tell us he liked playing against Cambridge.
Whoop whoop.....clearly Weetabix was had for brekkie.....that will do them the power of good, how pleasant the last few Saturday's have been. PUP
Went to the BBC website to check on today's scores and I find myself rubbing my eyes!! Is that Cambridge 2, Portsmouth 6? Hope it is a sign that things are beginning to click for the club and AA in particularly. To make the play-offs you need to get maybe 10 wins out of 15 matches!! And a few draws on the way!! It has happened in the past where clubs have come from the obscurity of mid-table to reach the play-offs and even a promotion spot due to a storming sequence of results in the final third of the season.
Nice one guys......good result! Now hopefully your side is beginning to have a little confidence and should progress. Nice one......
Yes, fair play to you. A few more years of those sort of results and maybe the derby could be back on!
For the safety of all concerned may I respectfuly suggest you find SB3 and tie him down securely following this weekends south coast results. He will no doubt become a menace to traffic if left to his own devices. I have phoned the Hampshire Constabulary to warn them and the rest is up to you.
I fear a severe overdose of euphoria breaking out now. Is your Dockyard nucleur as it could include spontaneously combusting with widespread fires.....you need to track him down now.
Yes 14th now! Dizzying, isn't it. Actually your next 2 games are at home against beatable opposition. A good opportunity to move out of the bottom half, surely?
