    In this case, yes the manager does make a difference. Martin O'Neil always was and clearly still is one of the best managers in the UK. We only had him for 5 months and he was brilliant. If he does not get you in to Europe in the next 3 years I will be surprised and even a bit disappointed for you <ok>
