To answer the op's question, no, of course Arsenal are not contenders for the title. They are miles behind the likes of 'Pool and Chavs, let alone us and City. Dickey boy has flattered to deceive, IMHO. Time will tell, of course .
They so desperately need Spurs to fail so that they can wum us! You just know that the sales of Kleenex goes through the roof whenever we even look remotely like losing a game.
What I would say is this. Arsenal have probably established themselves as a solid top 6 side. That isn't to be scoffed at.
