We've got a lot of players that wouldn't look out of place in a title winning side. The problem is we just lack the very few who make that side the very best. The first choice world-class centre half who scares strikers... the dominating central midfielder... the world class striker who makes his own goals when the team are playing poorly. Most of our players are those that look good playing with the very best but can't do much when those very best aren't playing.

Well that's just not on so I need to change it.

Wenger is also dog-turd and needs to go.

Yeah but Barca are always used as the example. They are the exception more than the rule.

Don't get my wrong technique can over come physicality but we are better off finding a balance of both. (its not like we have a guy like Lionel Messi in our side banging in 50+ goals a Season)

Well we do have the OX, who can go 50+ games without a league goal or assist, so that counts for something, right?

There are a maximum of 42 points left to play for which means, assuming we do not drop any points from now until the end of the season, we will get 87 points. No chance of this team not losing a game from now until the end of the season. Let's be pragmatic here. We will inevitably drop more points.

I'd say about 81-82 points should be enough to win the title this season, which is quite low, but such is the competitive nature of the league.

For us to win the title, we need to win 12 of the remaining 14 games left.

There is still next to no chance of this happening at all.

The title was a foregone conclusion as soon as we lost the Chelsea game IMO.

I just can't picture this Arsenal team winning 12 of the next 14 matches.

If this season has taught me one thing is that it's unpredictable as hell. The chances are other teams will drop points too. Yes this isn't the best way to approach things as we should be in charge of our own destiny. Until Pep comes in next season and brings some normality to the top 4, this season still has some twists ahead of it.

But these are the same lines that are repeated every season and nothing ever changes.

The last few years have shown to me that we cannot cut it when it matters and it annoys me. These players know what whether they win lose or draw, they will still get their massive pay packet, so the desire of the team does have to be called into question.

I want to be proven wrong. I want this team to win the league. I want people to point in my face and say "I told you so"

But Wenger's Arsenal sides have had a habit of crushing my high hopes of them and I refuse to let it happen again. As far as I'm concerned, we're not competing for the title; we are competing for Champions League qualification.

Well Wenger's in last chance saloon when it comes to winning the title this season, because next season, he won't do it. Sorry to be negative but Pep will change all this next season and bring stability to the top again. Wenger is struggling again to maintain consistency in the league and the team he's constructed, do not look good enough to take top spot. We've been fortunate that the league has been so unpredictable this season and benefited from a crap Chelsea, Manure and under-par City.

Not sure what more evidence people need that Wenger is past it than should Leicester finishing above us or winning the title this season. This for me SHOULD be the final nail in the coffin for him. Even with loads of cash and world class players at his disposal, we're back to our usual 4th spot.

I get people want to be supportive of the Manger and back him, I'm all for that. But there comes a time when you think, it's just not going to happen. It's like ground hog day with Wenger's team's now, even when there are dramatic changes to the scenery. I mean, I've never seen the Premiership so open this year, there really isn't a team that is dominating at all. The conditions are ripe for us to take advantage and take top spot, but we seem to be p1ssing it away again.

We still have a chance to win the league, but it all depends on how sh1t everyone else is around us. We shouldn't be thinking of winning it like that. Take the fecking initiative Arsenal!

Pretty much what he's done with Barca and then Bayern, make City a dominant force. His record speaks for itself and with City's resources, money and an already excellent team, he has everything to make it 3 in a row. Also, there is are no outstanding teams in the Premiership at the moment.
