I haven't posted for a while but I am really proud of the stance the club has taken. Its always a fine line between whether a renegade can be reintegrated (Rooney as an example) but these two really are horrible in what they have tried to do. Poisonous and ruinous. Welcome to the Karma cafe, there is no menu, they get served what they deserve.
Although we paid a lot for N'Dong, we won't pay anywhere near the £13m that was quoted. I think reported transfer fees are always reflective of the full potential value of the deal - appearances, goals etc. What gets me is that we didn't need him, so why the hell did we buy him
I think they looked for the next 'Kante' and bought him with the idea that "we might be able to sell him for £25m in 3 years". Our scouting was clearly not that good as he's ****.
He's an enigma really - I watched him a few times early on with SAFC and he looked a player who was quick, mobile, could pick a pass and had a decent shot. Then I watched him more and he turned average then worse - I think there's a player in there - but he's a ****ing disgrace attitude wise the way he's behaved and him and his agent should be run out of football!!
I think there's a **** in there who can play a bit when the urge is upon him. Sadly, his urges are few and far between...
So if Ross says he wants to play Djili and Donald says no, (not for any ongoing legal battle) what should Ross do then?
Pick from his squad of hungry hard working players. We're looking into suing them for their transfer fees, can't see them playing for us again.
Much to my surprise I too am in agreement. IF, as seems likely, we are going to have to pay them both then it would be foolish not to use them, if it can be done without disturbing the existing team spirit. The carrot is that the pair can TRY to repair their damaged reputations by playing well enough to get a transfer deal come January. The stick would be that if they continue to behave like idiots they can train on their own in the corner of some small field in Cleadon. Then see who wants to employ them in the future.
As long as we can put the pair of them into stocks before each home game and pelt them with rancid tomatoes.
I will be the first to bounce a brick off that hard hat SAFC ain't a hotel they can check in and out of. When they signed the contract they made a commitment. If they don't fancy it any more then they should phuck off permanently
