Always..... A similar hooped mic too.

Just on the phone to a sky engineer for 34 minutes..... Talked about Celtic for 28 of them.

Bang goes my perceived advantage then. I'll just have to come up with something more original - maybe I'll give my renditions without waiting to be asked ... that should go down well.

What on earth did you waste the other 6 minutes talking about?

4 minutes on his family in Donegal and 2 minutes on fixing my sky. It works now for some reason even though I has been ****e for 10 days after I booked an engineer...always the way

Saw their last ever gig at a festival years and years ago...... But just like all the greats, Steps, Atomic Kitten and 5ive they are always good for a comeback. They played a gig on the street in the next town over to me a couple of years back.....in ****ing loved it.

The mighty Green On Red one of my all time favourite bands...I was tempted to post " Born To Fight " by them - a tale of a friend who joins the U.S army - which includes the immortal lines - " he went down to el Salvador to fight for the right, of free speech and assembly and honky tonk Saturday nights "

Rare, Northern soul and superior version of the Stones' song. Check the lyrics. Can you imagine getting away with that these days?

I saw them more years ago than I care to remember. A friend of mine was playing in a supporting group which was my main reason for being there - I thought MTH were brilliant ... back then anyway!

You call me old miku im? :emoticon-0105-wink: I have to admit Mott the Hoople did have some cracking songs though.

If you liked Mott The Hoople there is every chance you would have loved this too. I never tire of hearing this.
