Had to sneak in the fire exit at the Barrowland to see them, (was only 14 and too young to get in) don't think my feet touched the ballroom floor the whole night!
I went to see them at one of the very last gigs at the Apollo. I was way up top on the swinging balcony I ended up having a complete whitey and I don't mean Craig) . Bizarrely the support act involved a scantily dressed lassie who whipped this person dressed as a giant penis who squirted a can of shaving foam out the top. On reflection it probably was ER in the penis suit. I made my excuses and left.
