Christmas is still important to my family the religious aspect is a mix with some of us having faith and others who have other points of view. It is however important to all of us as it's time spent together. No religious festival is a joke or less worthy than any other as long as you get together with the people you love.
Still have my immediate family so I'm lucky there. For those who may be alone, families may have to get inventive. Life changes often it's how we deal with that change that makes us human.
It's different at the moment and those who live a very social life are bound to struggle and they need support. My family are doing all we can to support our family and friends who are struggling that's all you can do. One day hopefully this will all be over and we can all move on but I hope lessons are learned.
You can't stop everything because of what is happening, it's probably more important to celebrate than ever.
