Mexican chilli chicken with garlic and lime juice, shredded lettuce/avacado/chopped tomato, greek yoghurt and sweet balsamic onions - all lovingly stuffed into a taco shell (or two,or three, or four).
That couscous and king prawns sounds divine. Swop you a taco for a (big) spoonful :emoticon-0140-rofl:

The missus cooked up a cracking chilli con carne and followed up with a lush Victoria sponge topped with sliced strawberries and whipped cream, obscene...

Sunday was spare ribs, and salad. Washed down with a beer I would thoroughly recommend, from the Ringwood Brewery a Forty Niner...

Daughter occupied the oven baking a delicious coffee cake yesterday afternoon, so the Sunday roast will be a Monday evening roast of very slow cooked seasoned pork belly, roasties etc etc. Yesterday we had chicken breasts marinaded in lime, coriander, ginger and chilli with rosti and salad. Followed by coffee cake and ice cream.

Home made hamburgers - with lots of onion, garlic, chilli, herbs, chipotle paste - with fries and salad, waiting to the grilled.

    With beer, of course.

Amazingly I've lost half a stone since this started, walking 4-5 miles a day, plenty of gardening and no snacking as I did when I was driving. Probably the fittest I've been in over 20 years...
