Had to work tonight so I had a microwave bacon and egg pie
And later a microwave sweet and sour something or other
Now getting stuck into some Tuatara beers at home
    The apa was nice
The ipa I will buy more of later
The pale ale is good too
About to open their hazy pale ale
    The ipa is 6.1%

Gammon joint in the oven, first attempt at a celeriac puree (been watching too much Masterchef) and some mixed vegetables.

We don't normally do puds, but today dinner will be followed by roasted pineapple in chilli syrup, served with fresh cream - tried this Stan?

Apart from flapjacks haven’t done any of the desserts yet. To savour in the future.

    Roasted chicken, trimmings, Malbec!

First time in ages roast chicken, roast potatoes, fine beans and garden peas and enough of the bird leftover for improvisation tomorrow. Just about room for a ripe nectarine now...
