Hi, I'm a young footy supporter currently doing a Dissertation project at Lancaster University. I was just wondering if a few of you wouldn't mind doing my survey to help me along with the work. It's all about whether Football and Environmental Sustainability have a place together and contributes to an eighth of my whole degree. It would be much appreciated if any of you could answer it. The link is included here and if you have any questions after about the survey my e-mail address is included at the end of the survey. Thanks again. https://www.esurveycreator.com/s/892bed1
Usually we like people to ask before submitting these sorts of things, even if they are Saints fans, but I see no harm in it. Carry on. EDIT: Oh, and I did the survey.
Did the survey too but seems an odd dissertation. 2 hours a week is not really gonna make much difference to the environment.
2 hours of 30,000 people's might though! OP, you're probably aware of it, but Forest Green Rovers are an interesting case study (and an apt name).
Indeed not! Though the menu actually looks pretty good: http://stuartnoel.files.wordpress.com/2011/08/forest-green-menu_20110824090214.pdf
A damn site better than the usual footy fair. I played a couple of times at their old ground and the food was shocking back then.
If it wasn't for the amount packaging you get now with food & drinks it wouldn't be such a big problem. Survey completed
Well if they got rid of seats and it was standing only. We could cram in another 10 to 15 thousand and it would keep everyone warm through the winter months
Really made me laugh Fran. I always think that when watching program's about penguins; I'd want to stay in the middle.
Completed it...have to say that I do environmentally good things when it is easy (recycling at home) or when to my advantage (conserving energy to save money and cost saving). Basically, I'm destroying the planet on my own.
