The doctor treating Vietnam War's 'napalm girl'
A woman who was badly burned in a napalm strike during the Vietnam War has started laser treatment to reduce after-effects of the bomb more than 40 years after the attack happened.
The photograph of 9-year-old Kim Phuc running naked towards the camera following a napalm attack has become one of the most famous of the Vietnam War.
Doctor Jill Waibel, who is treating Kim at the Miami Dermatology and Laser Institute, told 5 live "it's a miracle she even survived the initial napalm attacks" and Kim "has been in a lot of pain and had a lot of suffering for the last 40 years".
Doctor Waibel said that her team are confident there will be "an improvement on all fronts" to the scarring as Kim's treatment continues.

Anyone remember David bellamy? I grew up watching him and Attenborough.
The former has been completely destroyed because he believes man made climate change is bollocks, so he was burned at the stake, including being kicked out of several environmental groups he bloody well created himself

Absolutely remember him. Enjoyed his shows as a kid. He was the one who always made the most exaggerated motions with his hands when talking.
If he's a climate change denier he probably shouldn't be commenting on ecology publicly. Proof is so overwhelming now.
