    Would rather we had someone like Yaya Toure... a massive physical presence that will win the ball back and create counter attacks for our midfielders and forwards

    He is awesome .

    Tough as old boots and he scores some right scorchers , without feeling the need to get 2 yards from the box before shooting.

    Honestly never seen a player who can play so disciplined in a defensive midfield role and yet can move into the "number 10" role and be so effective also. Top player <ok>

    well he must be a contender for most underated player , the manure rave about scholes , but he is a donkey compared to Yaya .

    Toure is a top player for sure - one we missed out on. We could have picked him for next to nothing. I believe he was training with us at one point and had a trial.

    Was funny on monday night how much toure just bossed scholes even when city were in second gear vs united.

    Yaya was so nearly an Arsenal player too, it was only because of a work permit that we couldn't offer him a contract. Wenger describes his as a player and a person that he knows very well.

    Best centre mid since Vieira that we never had . . . . . . .

    A great player and making the premier league his own. I'm gutted he's doing it all for City,
    I remember Kolo urging Wenger to sign him, we were robbed of his services really.
