****. I had a bottle of red then voddies until 11:30 last night and still got up at 6:30 this morning bright as a rough button. Just got heartburn now. Apart from that, everything's ticketyboo
But that just how Barrie Lochrie rolls ... Should be ok in about half an hour ... Just had some porridge and a cup of tea, give it time to "brew" then I'll be off to drop the kids off at the pool then I'll be fine.
Once I do a ****e, I'm generally fine regardless of quantities consumed. The heartburn is a pain in the **** though.

Failing his way through the Celtic board. I think recent events have made his appearance on the Rangers board become an embarrassment that even he can't bear.
He hasn't featured much since his meltdown and then his super fail about us getting stripped of titles.
Talking of Liars... “Given we are where we are, I am putting forward the following league structure proposals which I firmly believe to be in the interests not only of Rangers but also Scottish football as a whole. It is essential that any proposals address satisfactorily the issue of sporting integrity and I believe our proposals do that. “All things being well, Rangers should win the Division 3 title and, that being the case, we should be promoted. That should happen regardless of what league structure the powers that be put in place. “It would be manifestly wrong to deny any team promotion having won the competition they have entered into at the start of the season. Equally, teams which have been relegated should not benefit unfairly from any a restructuring of leagues. “The principle of promotion and relegation for the clubs which fall into these categories at the end of this season should be enshrined in any new league set up. So, if, as widely predicted, we end up with a 12-12-18 set up, Rangers should be promoted and this promotion should be to the middle tier. "There is already a precedent for this situation, established by the SFL at the end of the 1993-94 season when Stranraer, winners of the lowest of three divisions, were promoted to the new second tier on the basis they were champions of their division and merited promotion.“Indeed, recently the chairman of Stranraer FC referred to the matter and supported the prospect of Rangers being promoted in the event of a 12-12-18 outcome. We are genuinely pleased to have done our bit to assist these clubs financially and have been warmly welcome by SFL clubs. We would like to continue helping the game in Scotland and that’s why I am proposing that a Rangers’ Colts team be admitted to the SFL, and I hope Celtic would also consider doing the same. I must admit to having some admiration for the sheer brass neck of the man, he talks some load of ****e at times but he is entertaining on occasion.
It does seem a bit bizarre I have to admit. Most of us on here want to go back up without shortcuts. Most Gers fan do in my opinion. My take on this is that Charlie just wants to throw in some more confusion into the league reconstruction fiasco. It's doubtful it's going to happen now anyway. There were a couple of SPL clubs not wanting to do it at the weekend supposedly, Ross County they thought and somebody else. There have been times I have wished he would just shut up. Charlie Green has huge balls I don't think he gives two ****s about what anyone thinks of him. I agree he does talk a lot of ****e at times, but that's his job I suppose All the same I had to admire him in that he spoke up on the sectarian singing.
I do like Yorkshiremen in General, I've known plenty of them and they tend to be very direct and forthright which can be refreshing, but like the Monty Python sketch they do tend to go on a bit. He's as mad as Romanov but the game needs characters and he certainly knows how to get people's attention.
