Relative to the rest of the squad, yes. "We should" do lots of things, especially when it comes to signing players. How many players have left and we have replaced with better in the last 3 or 4 years? Snoddy is irrelevant to this situation - mutually exclusive.
But only on the short term deal. He is getting 5k a week at the moment but by the comments made he is expecting a hefty pay rise on a longer term contract. He thinks he is the best player in the league for some reason
10k is too much imo. McCormack is better and plays the same position, don't waste wages just because we currently have no one else. If someone isn't worth it, don't pay them it regardless of other players
To me diouf has done as much as snoddy did last season this season! Give him a decent wage and tbh I wouldn't believe the 20k a week figure thats floating about.
No idea what amount he wants or contract length - If the T/O doesn't happen then yes he is worth a 2 year contract and £12k a week. If the T/O does materialise and Warnock gets given funds to replace him with someone better fine. In my opinion there isn't a Leeds player at present who isn't replaceable, league position last year and the year before and this year proves that. I would hate to see young Byram or Lee's leave but everyone has their price where better can be brought in. The sad thing is while we have Bates they have their price and the funds do not get put back into the squad.
Really? I dunno what it is but every game that I have seen so far this season people are saying how well he played and I come away thinking "he did ok and kept possession well but really didn't cause any problems with it". Pair that with that fact he's an annoying ****a, to be honest if I was the ref against Brighton I woulda sent him off ****ing long before he got subbed. I genuinely couldn't disagree more, I don't actually think Snoddy had his best season in his last season for us but Diouf hasn't compared in any way to him imo.
