Fair play, you werent the only one who was dubious about the signing but I think overall he conducted himself brilliantly in a LUFC shirt. Silly sending off against Brighton that on any other day, against any other team it would never had happened
So would I mate, I think Pearce gets a raw deal tbh, he's actually a lot better than most of the dross we've had at CB, Collins, Michalik, O'Brien, O'Dear. The only one better than him was Kisnorbo till he got injured.
The squad needs trimming, only a fool would bid for the likes of Pugh so I guess the manager has seen enough of Diouf, Norris and Drury to know they haven't a future under him, they must be taking 30k a week out of the club between them.
McDermott wants to keep Diouf from what I've heard today, and he actually plans on adding another player before the window shuts.
